  As a regular, I can honestly say the food and the margaritas are great. Even the house happy hour margarita is really good at a great price. I've never been to a restaurant that is so consistent. Our orders are always right! They really do a great job. I also love that I have never had to wait for a table here (the restaurant is pretty large). We always get seated, even when the parking lot is full!

  Service was okay, the waiter brought me a new coffee as soon as my old one was done, but it took him forever to pick up the check. The food was okay, the eggs were a oily but the bacon was crispy without being burnt which was good. Sitting in the patio was nice for the weather, though the chairs were surprisingly low, I felt like a child

  Very disappointed with service. Restaurant didn't appear to be busy. Lots of empty tables. Server rarely checked on our table for drinks. Food arrived cold. Not even slightly warm. Our plates were sent back to be replaced with hot food. Meanwhile we left sitting with no drinks, chips or salsa. While our meals were replaced. Actually had to flag down a server for water.

  We had a party of four and were seated right away on the patio. It was around 6 p.m. on a Friday so we were surprised there were any patio seats. The hostess had chips and salsa brought over to us right away; however, we waited 20 minutes and no one came over to bring us drinks. We finally took our menus inside and asked for a booth. The manager sent a waitress over right away. She was very attentive the entire time and even alerted us to when happy hour was close to ending so we could order one more round for the cheaper price. The food came out very quickly once we had ordered. Overall, service was great. Servers should be more attentive to patrons being seated outside.

  Great location of one of my favorite local Mexican cuisine chains. The food quality and atmosphere here are up to par for what I expect out of any Rio Mambo location. It's got great visibility from the road, and it's pretty easy to get in and out of, as well. Make sure to give it a try if you're contemplating for the first time!
