  I have came across some bad and not so bad companies, but This company is by far THE WORST!!! they have the worst staffing coordinator, that Never give you a call to let you know who the caregiver is or time and her excuse is got to busy to call or somebody should have reach out to you and let you know. The caregivers that are sent are very unprofessional and look like they just got out of bed very improper They talk about their clients and what situation they are in and complain about their pay they didn't get enough training they are hired on with no experience Poor Quality of Training. Worst company I have ever hired for my family member they need a new coordinator with a BETTER ATTITUDE!!! New Management not sure if she is the owner, But she the only person I have talk to half the time, and BETTER PROFESSIONAL TRAINED CAREGIVERS THAT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING If I could rate this company a BIG ZERO that's what it would be.

  This company took care of my mom in her final days making sure that she was comfortable and happy. They were attentive to her needs and mine and made every attempt to make sure she was taken care of. The staff was very professional and always were in communication with me about the caregivers who were being sent and their qualifications for the job...they made a rough time much easier for everyone....I highly recommend them to anyone needing help

  I can't say enough about this wonderful agency so I'll say this, the caregiver i was given, she helped assist my dad with his dementia progress, they knew what the signs were when i didn't. Caregiver even transferred him when he could no longer walk. He passed away, but my caregiver made sure i was okay in the end and still calls me to see how i am doing. Thank you Right at Home, thank you a million times

  Right at Home has been taking care of my uncle for 4 yrs now until his passing..they have wonderful caregivers. The one we had was skilled and had so much skills aside from others that we had with other agencies. We came on board not knowing what to expect, but were very pleased with the staff and the owner who always called us and made sure we were happy and if any issues needed addressed...I highly recommend Right at Home, they have great caregivers and not disgruntle ones who leave on a bad note which makes this agency different from the rest..they treat you like family.
