    I just moved to this location. I was referred by a friend who's Been living here for over 3 years. So far he has nothing negative to say about this location. I however saw the pictures of the add in Google maps and I saw a pool. Followed by having to pay a $250 area maintenance fee and then find out that there is no pool or any area that is offered to tenants I don't know what the fee is for. Parking? I pay a parking fee as well. During the visit to the open apartment that was in my best interest I was informed the rug was being replaced prior to my move-in date becuase the stains were not coming off, I moved in and the rug was washed and looked cleaned however, the stains were still present and so was rust marks from old furniture of previous tenants. I took pictures and sent them to the office to make sure I won't be charge for these faults that are present before I moved in.

    Management staff: Michael, Katherine, and Imangi are all very nice. A couple of the staff tried to tell me that they do not honor "military clause" rule, but it is in my lease so it made me think that they didn't know what I was referring to. The property itself is okay. It is a very big complex and seems a bit old on the exterior part of the complex (at least where I live it does). The inside of the apartments are descent but if I have ever had any issues, all work orders were taken cared of within 24hrs. Very dog friendly community, which we love (have 1 dog). There is a lot of different areas where a tenant can walk their dog. My only issue with the doggy bags that they provide is that once they are out (run out), we have to remind the apartments to refill them because the "grounds keeper" seems to be very lazy in being proactive in wanting to refill the rolls himself. The pricing is good. The location is excellent. The neighbors are mostly very respectful and friendly. Most importantly, I feel this place is safe for a family to live.

    The apartment complex is located in a very nice part of Westchester and has great areas around it. Unfortunately, the units themselves are nothing really to write home about, the amenities are nonexistent and the appliances are aging. Every year for the past 3 years my heater has gone out for at least 1-2 days during the winter but the apartments won't replace it they will only order parts so maintenance has to replace it piece by piece while I sit and watch it slowly disintegrate more with each passing year. As one commenter also mentioned there are yearly acts of vandalism. On the plus, they do accept dogs - which is the only reason I'm here. Next month I'm moving to Avalon.

    I been living here for past one year and my dealings with the managements at 32 Nob Hill Drive has been less than pleasant every encounters. If you walk in that office with a work request, they will look at you with a disdain. It is as if they are paying us to live there. They are in perpetual pissed off mood. The manager Michael Pignone and his two secretaries are less than competent. The only redeeming factor is this property has a stellar maintenance crew which I believe is separate from the apartment and paid according to the work order. They are quick to address your issue and always readily available. Then there are few neighbors who parties on weekends and create all kind of ruckus. Made error of renewing lease due to work place proximity. Can't wait to get out of here, come this October.

    My husband and I rented a furnished apartment for three months this past summer while renovating our house a half hour away. We had a delightful experience! The maintenance crew and office staff were accommodating and forthcoming, which made our lives so much more relaxing, considering the stress we were under during the renovation. The complex was clean, quiet and safe. I would definitely return!
