  Worst bank ever - their online banking is so primitive, you’ll think it was set up by an 8 year old. Not only that, but they charge you for every online transaction you make. A truly crusty bank.

  I have had trouble ascertaining the amount in my checking account. Though you sent me my user name, you have not sent a coherent form that will allow me to access my account. I'd appreciate your sending me the information I seek, i.e., the amount I have in my checking account.
