  Total waste of $$$. I ordered 'ultimate' option which is the most expensive of this place. But, when the car wash was finished, there's still lots of coffee stains left at the side door. So, I asked the guy to clean the stains. but, he told I have to pay more. WHY? Also, found out the trunk was not vacuumed either. and they told I was supposed to mention to clean trunk before car wash. Wasn't the trunk a part of car wash??? I spoke to manager and he arranged to vacuum next to detailed car center at least. Then, wondering WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THIS ''ULTIMATE' SERVICE? Just splashing water and wiped insides of seats with dirty towel? I can do it at home not paying for $24 + tax + tip. Total waste of money and not even worth of 1 star. At some parts it wasn't that bad because on the outside my car looked new but in other parts it had space for improvement.

  Fast, prompt. I've never priced out a car wash so I don't know how they compare price wise but I never feel badly about spending on them. I probably go there ten times a year. The have a team of folks that hand dry the car after it's washed and they dust off the interior at the same time. I try to get my car detailed once a year and they did a great job then too. You can also get an oil change. I didn't need an appointment but I feel like I might have been lucky.

  Third time I have brought my truck here this year and each time I leave unhappy. The vacuuming is piss poor, for the price of this car wash the seats, floors and crevasses should be clean. My seats looked like they hadn't been touched, the floors looked like they blew the dirt around to appear cleaned. The windshield was still dirty and my front grill was littered with the bugs from my last trip. Thankfully I washed the mud off before going otherwise I could have left this truck in the rain and got the same caliber of wash. You are better off spending the $30 dollars on cleaning supplies and doing yourself, will not be back. Said to see this establishment performing this kind of work after 15 years of quality service. Hopefully they can figure it out.
