  I had such a great experience at my appointment. From the moment I stepped in the staff was very professional and friendly. You have no idea how much of a long way kindness goes on a really bad day after work - the lab tech and Doctor were especially kind and super informative - all my questions were answered and I have recommended friends and family to this LensCrafters location!

  Very professional, welcoming and efficient delivery of their services. Worked with me through a computer glitch regarding my insurance and rectified it. I felt like my bussiness was important and I was important as a customer.

  Everyone at this location is super-helpful, great with kids, and endlessly accommodating if, say, your contacts aren't working right. I've been back more than once to try and get the right lenses, and each time the doctor (I had Dr. Gurprasad) has been unflappable in his patience and sincerity.
