  Prewash station available. Drive through removes 95 percent of the dirt. Good job on Windows. Unlimited vacuuming included with the cost which is very reasonable

  I prefer to wash my car by hand because I'm always afraid of what is stuck in the bristles in car washes. But since I moved to New Orleans, I haven't had a way to wash it myself and decided to try Rich's. It's worth it! I get my car washed here almost every Monday and it always looks good. There was one time my car had a lot of bird droppings on it and it didn't all come off in the wash, but they let me run through it again no questions asked! I will definitely keep coming back. Little hint: stop by on Mondays or Tuesdays for BOGO on any wash!

  Very good car wash. Car comes out very shiny, especially if you choose the top package with wax. One time I purchased the package with towel dry and no one showed up to perform the task. Vaccum is strong and narrow on the tip so you can fit in between seats and other difficult to reach areas. Plenty of spaces for you to detail your car after it's washed.

  Monday and Tuesdays are buy one get one free, I love it, you can bring two cars or get your slip to use at later day. The guys were great at the checkout process. I think you should purchase their microfiber towel. I shared with them my tires didn't get the shine, they fixed the issue with no problem. I didn't have to explain, he saw the issue and immediately to care of the situation. Great job guys
