  When the road Gods smited my 135i (10 days after buying it, I might add) by ramming a deer into the hood at 30mph, Rich is the first guy that came to mind. My family has been going to him since I was in high school. He and his guys have always done great work for us. Equally important is the fact that Rich is a genuinely good guy that we trust. This experience was just as positive, in a different way. After picking the car up I realized that a small dent had been put in the side. I was horrified as I may actually love my vehicle more than my girlfriend (don't worry, she's accepted that) and every ding pains me deeply. However, when I regained control of my emotions I rationally understood and that this was an easy thing to miss on a 10 year old car. Heck, I even didn't catch it at first. I called Rich and there was no fight over whether the dent was incurred on his lot, like I dealt with recently at a tire shop in Belle Mead. I dropped the car back off and he fixed it promptly. As a bonus, for the inconvenience of having to take the second trip (I'm about 30 minutes away) he even had the car detailed and helped me install a new headlight. In my experience, that is going above and beyond what any other shop would do to make the situation right. Now my baby is back to 100% and Rich has earned an A+ for customer service.

  These guys did a phenomenal job repairing my HR-V after I hit a deer! My car looks like it rolled right off the dealer's lot. They even washed it before I picked it up! Rich and Vinnie were very helpful, accommodating and friendly! I highly recommend their service!

  My family and I have been using Rich's for years now and he takes good care of us every time we go there. He is an honest guy who does great work and runs a great business. His tows are always timely and his guys are nothing short of an extension of himself. I could be on here for pages talking about how great this company is but I implore you to give them a call if you need anything. I strongly recommend Rich to anyone that needs his services.

  Where do I even start!? From the phone call made to the man who answered on the other end who spoke nothing but confidently, informatively, and professionally... to the friendly and efficient service in troubleshooting and fixing my car. Workers took the time to explain exactly how they needed to work on it, and did so while I was still there. Down to earth and friendly bunch of guys. Honestly make you feel like family. Easy to find and much more reasonable pricing than most other places I've been to before I moved to the area. Will absolutely return. Thank you!

  Yes, there are still honest, kind, good hearted, caring people in this world which is what compelled me to write my first review ever. Really! It actually begins years ago when the police had Rich’s Automotive tow my sons totaled car away after an accident. Riche’s staff was so sweet and helpful as we went to retrieve our belongings from the car. Fast forward ten years to my car getting hit by a truck. Not having an auto body shop I was considering others highly recommended suggestions, until I remembered those nice guys in Emerson. I knew this was who needed to work on my car. So I went with my instinct and couldn't have been more accurate. Not only did Rich’s staff genuinely care about their customers but they are amazing, professional, conscientious master craftsmen. My car came out beautiful! Rich and Vinny were the same wonderful, friendly, easygoing, honest, sweet, people I met years ago. The five stars can't even begin to review how incredible this shop is and these stars should be multiplied a million times over. I will never go anywhere else. Thanks, you guys are truly amazing!
