  I had my 2009 Lexus ES350 serviced here. It needed a new engine, the dealership priced me out at a little over $7500 parts and labor. At that time I didn't feel like paying that price to get it fixed. I saw that Rich's Auto Sales had some good reviews online, so I gave them a call and see what they can do for me. At first I spoke with Peter (he's the sales manger there) he was very knowledgeable and gave me a lot of information even though he wasn't in the service department (told me the service manager went out on a test drive). He called me back with in the hour with a qoute of $6000 and told me he could maybe even do a better price for me once the mechanics check out the vehicle and determine what it needs. In the end I only needed to spend about $3800 almost half of what the dealership charged. They told me about the warranty and showed me the parts that they're putting in, all in all I was well informed. After the job was done I was quite satisfied with the engine work and I had no problems ever since. I will be coming back for future services.

  Shopping around for a new van since my last ones engine went. Came across Rich's Auto Sales online and saw they had good reviews.The young gentlemen Peter gave me all the information I needed before heading over to look at their inventory. I ended up buying a 2006 Honda Odyssey lx with around 135k miles for $6800 with a 6 month warranty. Peter was easy to work with and told me everything about the van. Very happy with my purchase.

  I drive a 2003 Mercedes S500 and my front air suspension wouldn't lift anymore. I was recommended by my neighbors to rich's. Came in and tried to had one of the mechanic look at the car. At the time the mechanic was busy so I had to wait about an hour. Giving this place a 4 star because the mechanic had a little attitude problem. The manager peter came by and sat down with me on my options of repairs and educated me a little on my vehicle. Got both front air shock changed with the air compressor all with in 1 day. Mechanic can work on their attitude, but they're really good at what they do. Will come back for future repairs.
