  I used Richmond Hill Lumber when I did a gut renovation of my apartment. They ended up being more reasonable compared to the big box stores but more importantly they were beyond helpful. We got our doors, floors, and crown moldings from them and couldn't be happier. They had options for every price range. When you shop at a big box store you are lucky if you find someone who can answer a question. That is not the case here. Remember Richmond hill lumber will deliver too! Everyone we worked with was professional and helpful from the owners, sales people to the delivery people.

  The men that work there are scam artists. They act like they don't hear you and when you ask them something they feel you have no choice but to buy from them. I brought back an extra box wood that I didn't use and they tried to tell me that because the box was open they couldn't take it ,but I receive 7 boxes of floor wood open. Also they said it would be a 15% charge when I brought back the extra wood and when I did bring it the guy said it's 25%.
