  This place is rude dont know how to talk to people and doesn't believe in equality and im talking from my personal experience with them. The Indian guy on the fork lift is drunk everyday after 2:30 i personally have been a victim of there bigotry and injustice so im making it my personal priority to expose them for being bigots and there unequal treatment of the African American customers and workers at richmond hill #boycottrichmondhilllumber our community will not accept covert racism or bigotry. They have multiple lawsuits against there company and instagram has multiple videos of the drunk indian on fork lift and of discriminating practices. Ps everyone got there lawyer from me i guess i did have the money for a lawyer lol u wont be in business in mu community for long . Check out the location button on ig and see what im talking about. Remember i promised i wouldnt stop till i exposed ur racist trump ways . Karma i love it

  I was renovating a 3 bedroom apartment and needed closet doors, room doors, crown molding, base molding, bifold hardware and door trim. They gave me fair quotes and got them to me quickly. I even changed door sizes on them multiple times and they patiently gave me more pricing. I got all my lumber needs at richmond hill lumber at a reasonable price and reasonable delivery fees. Working with anthony was a great experience. When I needed a little more trim he was able to get it to me quickly. In addition they sent me a wrong door and he was able to pick up the wrong door and give me the correct one very quickly. I had a great experience working with them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

  I used Richmond Hill Lumber when I did a gut renovation of my apartment. They ended up being more reasonable compared to the big box stores but more importantly they were beyond helpful. We got our doors, floors, and crown moldings from them and couldn't be happier. They had options for every price range. When you shop at a big box store you are lucky if you find someone who can answer a question. That is not the case here. Remember Richmond hill lumber will deliver too! Everyone we worked with was professional and helpful from the owners, sales people to the delivery people.

  The guys were great and the delivery was that day , couple hours after order! I couldn't ask for more.. I was very happy with their prices which are equal to or better than homedepot or lowes. Plus they are knowledgeable not like at the big box stores where you wander around wasting time looking for stuff.. and they deliver! I'll be back for my next purchase.
