  Prices are horrendous and the staff isn't all that friendly, looking at a fridge and found it $500 cheaper at PC Richard

  The prices are great and the staff was excellent and they weren't pushy at all. Don't think I'll get an appliance anywhere else from now on

  Very helpful very knowledgeable great bunch of people to deal with however a little on the pricey or side but I guess that's okay for the exceptional customer service
