  Went to Richard’s to engrave a name on a childs small bracelet. The following day Pablo called saying the bracelet was ready. It came out gorgeous and cant wait to give it as a present. They have an outstanding selection of Jewelery and will definitely use them towards my next purchase. I highly recommend them for your unique jewelery needs as their variety is immense.

  Richard's owners and staff are the nicest jewelers we've ever met. On my second visit to the store, in early March 2017, I purchased a beautiful 1.30 ct stone and mounting for my fiancee's engagement ring. (She said "yes"!). Richard's Jewelers were highly knowledgeable, very patient with me (it's a big purchase and I wanted to make sure my choice was the best), and extremely pleasant. Fernando, the owner, made me feel as a most valued customer; Milly, the associate who walked me through the entire process, was and is simply delightful. The reasons I chose Richard's for this purchase were: 1) they were BY FAR the friendliest store I stopped in during a preliminary reconnaissance in the Fall of 2016 (Milly had taken the time to talk to me and show me some stones during that visit, which I stated to her was an initial one); 2) they offered BY FAR the best price and value for stones in my budget range, as compared with other high-end jewelry stores; 3) proximity to my office in Downtown Miami. We've been back once to get a free examination and cleaning of the engagement ring, and are returning for a second one this weekend. I fully intend to return to Richard's for the purchase of our wedding bands, given their selection and commitment to exceptional customer service. I most highly recommend you stop in, at the very least. W.R., Ph.D.

  I have nothing but great things to say about Richard's. Everything from beginning to end was awesome. I first bought my wife's engagement ring here, then moved on to the wedding bands. Each visit was a great one. Pablo is a great salesman and he really knows his stuff. Literally sat with me and explained the meaning of each grade and cut of diamond. All the staff make you feel like family. My, now, wife and I look forward to growing with Richard's as our relationship grows and the "upgrades" come!

  We bought our wedding rings in 2012 and had a wonderful experience. Fernando was patient with me (us) until we found exactly the perfect ring. I have also made other purchases and I am very pleased. All of them are high quality and unique. Repairs, settings......all are top notch. I live in Broward but drive to Miami when I need a jeweler. Fernando, Pablo, and team are worth the drive. Thank you for all you do, Jill and Robert
