  As breakfast places go, this one is solid. It's pretty packed, so we were squeezed in both days we ate there. The food is pretty good and the service is just alright. Would recommend Harbor Breakfast if you're looking for one place. Since we were there multiple days, this is a fine place to go. Obviously, the pancakes are good (but don't pay for the extras, it's $2.50 and they just pile bananas, chips, w/e on top).

  I cant figure out how they engineered these pancakes so fluffy. Its like the texture of insulation or memory foam (in a good way) but taste incredible. I am in awe of the Chiefs genius. The coffee was smooth rich and complex. The veggie omlete was stuffed with fresh vegetables mushrooms and greens. There is usually a wait but worth your time. They also do allow dogs on the patio which is a huge plus for me.. Thank you for a great culinary experience.

  Great food at a great price. I highly recommend this place. Have been here three times now and service has been great. Fast service, friendly people, great food, awesome prices. I don't know what else to say to describe the place any better. I have posted menu pictures from my last visit so they are recent and you can decide what you are having before you get there. San Diego French toast is what I highly recommend.

  I was in San Diego on a business trip and was looking for an amazing breakfast. Well, I found it here at Richard Walker's Pancake House. I was impressed that they opened up at 6:30 in the morning during the weekday and arrived shortly after opening. You can see that they are used to having a line for their great food, and seating is limited so make sure that you have your whole party with you. I had a hard time picking off the great menu, but I chose to have the spinach crepes. They were delicious and were much larger than I thought that they would be. The filling was scrumptious and really made for a great savory start to the morning. The crepes were served with a little hollandaise sauce and a dash of paprika on top. The staff were attentive but were also no nonsense. I was seated at a four person table that was two small table pushed together. Before I was able to order, the waiter made sure to pull the tables apart so that he could get another table if it got busy or I decided to sit in the restaurant for an abnormally long period of time. I would recommend this place if you are a breakfast fan for sure.

  This was an amazing experience and a gem to have found on my trip to San Diego as my wife and I visited for our honeymoon. We were professionally taken care of every moment we were there. From the waiting line outside (which only took not even 5 minutes to be seated by the manager himself)to the amazing service we received inside by Fernando. Service was quick and always mindful of anything you needed during our time there. The apple pancakes are just as amazing as they advertised if not better. Everything else was on point as well from the pancakes to the hash browns and bacon. We loved our experience here and will definitely come back if we ever visit San Diego again.
