  Bedside manner is less than ideal. I had 6 fillings done & every single one has issues whether it be hot/cold or pressure sensitivity (did not have pain prior). Two have turned brown. Currently getting them all fixed elsewhere.

  Very welcoming,clean, comfortable on many levels, calm friendly and professional. Staff is superb, friendly no rushing and helpful. Dr. Powell is very informative, professional and friendly explains everything and gives you your time.

  My dentist for 20+ years. Great person... Manner... Service... Etc. Two locations -- in Columbia near Snowden Square shopping center, and in north Baltimore right off of Charles St. southbound from the beltway. Very reasonable rates. I highly recommend Dr. Powell.

  He has been my Dentist for 20 years and I have recommended him to many friends who all think he is terrific.
