  Rich is such a wonderful agent in the crazy world of Houston real estate. I found Rich through his website since before finding Rich, all I knew is that I wanted to buy in the "Heights". He expertly guided me through the difference charms and concerns with each individual area in the Heights, and in this fast moving market we eventually found (and bought) the perfect project house for me. Rich has a true love for old homes and the history that accompanies them. His blog is always a joy to read and is a true primer to understanding Houston Heights. I can't have imagined working with a realtor who would have been more perfect for me - Rich really does go the extra mile. I was a first-time home buyer with very limited knowledge about home hunting and the intricacies of dealing with lenders, title companies, and the mounds of associated paperwork. With great patience, he expertly guided my 5-month search and relentless questions until I found the home that met my long set of criteria. Equally valuable was his advising me against buying certain homes that in hindsight would have been major financial catastrophes.
