The people here are responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. Having resources like these accessible is important to my health and I thank everyone here for their work. I came in for respiratory issues and they served me directly and concisely by prescribing me medicine based off my symptoms. They asked me important and informed questions regarding my sickness like the duration of sickness, symptoms, my exposure to others, chronic conditions, etc. all while being attentive and supportive. I usually feel uncertain when going to healthcare clinics because of how toxic and profit-based they can be, but I feel looked after in general when I go to FHCSD.

This group was extremely professional and helpful. The staff works as a strong team. They provided excellent high quality care when working with high risk patients. Excellent clear directions, treatment, explanations and follow up. Honestly, this group deserves 10 stars! Thank you.

This group of professionals were fantastic. They got me in the same day for a monoclonal antibodies infusion. Dr.V. was great as was her entire team. The IV was nearly painless (great job). Constantly checking my vitals. Thank you do much, Bob Barilone

This clinic used to be top notch but with the personnel changes it is now ridiculous. Waiting now for 3 1/2 hours to be seen. Slow and disorganized ......Need to find another clinic.

I had an awful experience I tried getting seen for a nursing visit for a step 2 TB test for a program requirement and I literally did not get a reason why I couldn’t be seen:( I visited the landis location right after and apparently I could be seen here :) Just doesn’t make sense, guess customer service isn’t a priority at CERTAIN locations Thanks FAMILY HEALTH CENTER AT THE LANDIS LOCATION I’ll be visiting you from now on.
