  As a client you are entitled to be told if there has been a settlement offer in your case prior to going to trial. I was not informed that an amount was offered until I was notified by attorney of trial date. I do not wish to go to trial I wish to settle. This case is 4 years old. I am relocating and I have made this very clear. Trial has been adjourned several times. I've expressed numerous times I wish to settle. Offer has been withdrawn. I wish I can say more about the level of unwarranted disrespect but out of respect for Bruce Reznick I will not disparage his practice. His son a shovenis, is to blame. I have chosen another attorney for which I am happy with. The End.

  My Family and I have used both Bruce and Russell Reznick since 1988. They put in the time and effort into every case they handle. They have gone above and beyond for me and my family many times. I moved out of NYC 10 years ago and still call upon them for help.

  It was terrible. I was represented by a different attorney every time I had to attend hearings & interviews about my case. The last attorney was standing outside and smoking. He didn't talk to me. 20 years later I am still suffering and Bruce told me not to go to trial. I got less than 1/2 of the settlement which was a small amount of money. I feel they were nothing more than a factory just pushing me through. And it took eight years to settle.
