  My favorite birria taco truck. Always get the special, 2 tacos Dorado de birria and an order of consume. Tacos are crispy and very flavorful. Beware the red salsa is spicy. Parking is easy if you park in the parking lot.

  Service was really fast. Pricing and taste were great. The consomé was amazing.

  I’m so happy we came across this truck! It was the first time I had birria and it did not disappoint. My boyfriend ordered the burrito and it was HUGE and DELICIOUS. He usually doesn’t get full off of one burrito but he said this one was actually filling.

  Start with the special birria tacos which are flavorful and juicy and comes with consomé con carne that hit the spot. The consomé is thick almost saucy deep rich flavors with fresh onions and cilantro. A great location with office park to curbside eat like me whose always on my bike.

  I got their tacos dorados and although they look small, they are packed with much more meat than most places. It was bomb!! The tortilla is not deep fried but it was a little crispy. The hot sauce they gave was 3.5 out of 5 for spice level, it was spicy enough for sure. They were quick to make them and they practiced social distancing guidelines. I parked in the parking lot that was next to the food truck where there were commercial buildings. The surrounding was super clean and they had trash cans available. No tables or chairs to sit but during pandemic, that's a good thing. Yum yum in my tum! A must try!
