  Spoke to Alfred on Friday 5/11 about fraudulent charges from this gym on my credit card and he was very rude and doesnt know what customer service is. Kicked me out of the gym and threatened to call the police when I was very calm and trying to speak to him. He basically called me a liar and kicked me out. He then said that we have a supposed one year contract when we never even signed up for a gym membership and american express fraud team is now investigating. Train your front end team properly

  The gym is too small. The machines are too close to one another. I only come here because I have to and it's the best option within my neighborhood.

  I love it !! Great staff . Clean showers and they machinery is pretty good. During the mornings it's empty you got the gym for your self and it's pretty huge. Great atmosphere nobody is on your business unless if they want to help you . Really recommend it 😊

  I totally love this gym especially this location. Extra clean and super nice staff especially Nelson the front desk agent who always gives me a wow customer service experience every single time I visit this place. Keep up the good work Nelson and I hope one day I will see you managing this place because I think you could make a difference as you have made me feel. Thank you!

  The staff here are really friendly and helpful. The place is very clean. The environment is very nice, the only reason I give it a 4 is because it's a small gym and it gets crowded quick. The smoothies are awesome too! Update: they expanded the gym so now it doesn’t get as crowded. They added new machines and organized it better. The staff is really helpful and ready to answer any questions. Because of this I added another star
