  The tappan location has lots of space and the personal training sessions were useful. They are currently renovating so they are about to have even more. The smoothies are great and the locker room is clean (women's locker room)

  Nice place, not too helpful as far as personal training. No motivation, just go through the motions. Nice people though.

  Good gym. Has everything you need. Basement area has extra equipment especially if you want to get away from the crowd
