::I had free pass. They just asked me to give them my ID which might make sense even though I should not do that. The gym was fine. Not too many machins but you could do full workout

::Gym is average but the staff are terrible. I signed up and specifically asked to not be put on any type of contract, I just wanted to pay to go and not be a part of any contract what so ever, the front desk worker who was helping me sign up said okay this won’t be part of any contract what so ever just sign here, and now as im trying to cancel my membership they have a $119 cancellation fee which is RIDICULOUS for such a mediocre at best gym. Terrible experience I recommend LA fitness over this place 100% only $5 a month more than this garbage.

::Trainers are great!! That and basic gym needs are met. 2 reason for 2 stars. Used to do orange theory, but did not enjoy owner talking about drinking to much the previous night when he attended, or yelling at us if he was watching. I actually would do my own thing if he showed up at a class I planned to attend. Getting a trainer you want consistently was also messy. Desk people only know one thing.. that you signed a one year contract. Unfortunately it is not customer service. Eventually, I down graded my membership. I really wanted out at that point, but I signed a contract. Can't wait for it to be over.

::I was so disappointed when Lucille Roberts, Carle place closed since I liked the atmosphere, the workout routines and the trainers. So I was looking for gym that would meet my needs for energetic and fun workouts as I prefer group workouts. So I came across Retro Fitness in mid-June and it checked all my boxes of a great gym. Everyone is super-friendly and very helpful. The trainers are great and motivate me even on my worst days. I go 4 days a week and I love it.
