  Gym is always clean, staff is always friendly haven’t had a bad experience there in the 2 years I’ve been a member. Owner is very personable and takes time to get feedback from his members.

  They have done a great job with all the new equipment. Everything is clean and working. Makes an enjoyable way to workout. And Yankee network is always on. ! Keep up the good work Retro.

  I have been a member here for almost a year and only have positive things to say. Great staff, new, clean equipment. There are so many classes with amazing instructors and they keep adding more. Childcare is great too.

  Been Member of Retro for 7 years recently started coming to this location more often. It's hands down the nicest Retro. Even more so since they put in new equipment in the fall. Over all I have nothing bad to say about any of the Retro locations but this one is the best.

  Retro Gym, Ronkonkoma Is an exceptionally good place to work out. The trainers are absolutely outstanding. I am presently working with Adam, who has a true awareness of how to best achieve personal goals. He works with a timer, to ensure people get the most complete workout that they paid for. Even breaks are timed! The facility is always clean, including the machine, hydro massage, and the women’s locker room. The owner, Tony, is exceptionally hands on. He has a positive presence in the gym. Well liked and respected by employees and members alike.
