  Only gym this size on this part of the island so it does get pretty busy, I just check google beforehand to see if it’s busy before I head out otherwise the gym is amazing! Great friendly staff and wonderful maintenance service. My only complaint is that the weight dropping situation needs to be rectified asap! There’s no reason to be dropping your weights folks — respect the equipment... it’s not that hard! EDIT (5.20.18): The gym is way overpopulated for a decent workout in the evenings and during the weekends which is why they should really do something about the broken treadmills. It’s way too crowded for there to be broken treadmills for weeks at a time! Also, they don’t let you use the locked up equipment in the studio bc it’s “for the classes” which is slightly ridiculous, but ok. The front desk staff’s friendliness has gone down, they barely greet anyone anymore.

  Wanted to update my review. There's been great improvements made over time. However, it's still the only gym on the planet without paper towel dispensers on the floor. And trust me they are needed considering how warm it is in there. I constantly ask the front desk to lower the temperature. I'll never understand the need for a sauna in the locker room, when the gym itself is a sauna. Go into the studio and feel how nice and cool it is in there and then walk back to the gym floor. The thermostats should be 68 or 69, yet normally read 71 or 72. It's hard to get through a superset workout when you can't breathe. Please address this ASAP.

  Place is kept clean.locker room is also clean. They have smoothies and child care. Good size gym to workout.

  On 3/18/18 i rushed home from work to make it to the gym. I arrived at 5:05pm just to find the doors locked with a ton of people (30 atleast) also trying to go in.The hours on the door clearly say open till 7pm today as it does on the website. This is terrible service and this place really made alot of people upset. We would really appreciate the right hours to be posted up so that no one waste time coming to a closed gym that should be open till 7pm ! Everyone should get a credit for a free shake or something for the inconvenience caused.

  Love this gym. I can't say enough good things about the owners and the Great staff. Nice clean equipment. Like any New business they experienced some hiccups, but addressed them in a timely manner. I've become a regular at the gym and always look forward to getting a solid workout.
