  I love their high intensity interval training program. It did bring out the best in me. I am returning here from time to time to try their other programs.

  Great gym, friendly staff, and clean. I really enjoy the cardio theater and they have all the equipment you need for a good work out. Only thing I wish is there was accurate nutrition values for the protein shakes, if you accurately track your diet you can’t really risk drinking them.

  Not my home gym but every time I'm out near Islandia I use it. So far it's been always fairly empty although I've been there at different times. Nice new equipment, well organized and everything looks nice and clean. Definitely one of my favorite gyms.
