  I engaged this company to fix a leak in my roof. They thought the leak would be fixed by tarring around the chimney. They tarred around the chimney but it did not stop the leak. I have called them, emailed them, and written to them multiple times. They have never responded. I have been trying to get them to come back and reassess the situation for months and they have made no attempt whatsoever to respond to me.
