::RDS provides the worst example of customer service that I have ever experienced. Expect to pay for warranty support when you need it, even though you bought the POS systems from them. There is no response or follow through from their alleged support staff because they clearly don’t care about their customers. Don’t expect much or you will be sorely disappointed with RDS.
