  Terrible customer service. Store manager rude and didn’t reimburse me correctly on a very small transaction after I received a large order. Regional leader called to apologize and seemed sincere. Traced the problem. Told me the manager Brandon had other complaints. Offered to send me a generous gift card to retain my business. Gift card never came.

  Huge disappointment. Price are too high for what they sell. I have concerns about the quality. We are disappointed with what we received. I will post a picture of how the furniture looks like. Huge difference with what you see online.

  Bad customer service! Sales associates' service stops at the second you place an order through them . Commission is what they care the most, not your satisfaction. SAs dont reply to email inquiries, mislead customer just to make sales, and no apologies even if they mess up your order. Be smart with RH! This is the store located at Tysons Corner Center. Don't come here. Go somewhere else!

  Restoration hardware apparently sells very little hardware no a days. And has limited staff to ask where the limited hardware can be found in the store.
