Wholesale only warehouse sales. One must have a retail sales tax license to purchase here. This is not a membership warehouse like Costco or Sam's Club. Not open to the public. There is no membership fee to shop here. I've got to say I've had great customer service when I've been at this location. A few weeks ago I needed an item and couldn't find it in shelf stock. I went to the customer service desk and they immediately called a person to find the item. That person was busy so they called another person. They went and pulled the item from storage. Last week I needed the price for an item that wasn't labelled. The front store manager took the item and had one of the cashiers check the price immediately. It was $10 less than I thought it was. Today I had the friendliest most helpful checkout person. And the diced canned peaches were in stock and on sale.

I have been in business for five years. I have shopped at Restaurant Depot during that duration of time. Today I went in with my Sous Chef and updated our sales tax license and got him a new membership card. While I am standing at the customer service counter a manager comes over and tells me I can’t have a “back pack” in the store, referring to my purse that is a satchel. I tell her it’s not a back pack. I go about my business and they start following me around. A second manager comes up to us and asks to take my bag. I say, “no I am not giving you my purse with my credit cards, check book and personal items. I even open it for him to see what’s inside of it. Keep in mind the most I could fit would be a box of toothpicks. He thens says, “we have a lot of transients around this area.” Do homeless people give them a copy of their sales tax license and ask questions of where certain products are? I have spent thousands of dollars at Restaurant Depot and to be insulted on this level is unacceptable! Also, keep in mind have been in that store no less than 50 times with that same small bag. They will NOT get a single penny from me again! This place is a train wreck! They need to learn how to treat their customers! DO NOT waste your time or money with the clown show!

The staff here are great! They carry most of what food service places need. Sometimes availiable items are out, otherwise would give them a 5 star. They get 5 for trying.

This place has good prices. Staff is usually helpful throughout the store. Jenna is great up front. The wait at check out isnt too bad most of the time. You can tell they all qork really hard to get people checked out ASAP. It always seems to run a lot smoother when Nicole is around though. She is super helpful and really manages the team well. Not the best place to get equipment but its there when you're in a pinch.

The freshest and most useful ingredients in large quantities... for caterers, home chefs and restaurant operators. Coupled with their excellent selection of durable goods, it's my favorite speciality store in town.
