  This Building is completely mismanaged and I have only lived here for 5 months! The management company sometimes doesn't even pick up the phone. They will turn off the water in the building without notifying the tenants and will make you wait hours for the water to be restored. They will do construction on the roof and not notify us, our unit is on the 6th floor and we will have to hear pounding begin at 9 AM on a Saturday. They call the building Luxury yet there is nothing luxury about it. The apartments themselves are nice although the painters did a pretty bad job and got point on the floors and the moldings. The Gym which the building is so proud of is tiny and has very few machines. Some of the equipment has burn marks from cigarettes. The Laundry room has been out of order for over a month. Over New years the FDNY had to come 4 times and eventually had to unplug and remove the machines. The building has yet to repair them. During the same time the water in the building was turned down leaving us with very very low water pressure which the management company claimed was just our unit, which then prompted us to ask neighbors throughout the building if they had similar issues which in fact they all did. After complaining for days and listening to their made up excuses such as a part of the pipes is missing and will need to be replaced, the building finally sent someone to fix the problem which took 2 min to fix, he simply turned a lever back up. We had barely any pressure for over 4 days for such a simple building wide problem. I do not recommend this building to anyone looking for a place to live. The only reasons i even give the building 2 stars is because its consistently clean.
