  I have a very bad experience at this hotel. They hold credit from my credit card for almost 2 weeks after I check out, and I already pay all the balance. I tried to communicate with the agency but no one can give an answer why it is happened! Very very bad customer service and I spend a lot of time to deal with them about just release my credit but actually till now, there is still problem! Never come back again!

  The front desk staff (some) seemed unwelcoming or rude. One name that I recall is Laura, who we spoke with while changing our checkout date, to cut our stay short by a day as we didn’t like their attitude, and while checking out, she was the one we had to see again. Otherwise, it’s a nice and clean hotel and looks well-maintained property. The breakfast crew was very hospitable. So, thankful to them and housekeeping. The location is good, undoubtedly. Hope the front desk staff understands the basics of the hospitality industry, which hotels and restaurants are. I was there for vacation with family. Pls call me from the hotel higher management, if you want, and I can explain more.

  The location is perfect!! So many things to do and eat. The rooms were clean and very well taken care of.

  Best location hotel. Everything’s great! There are tons of food outside plus free parking. Room is clean, bed is comfortable, very good experience.

  Great hotel. Complimentary parking. Big room. Nice staff. Plenty of dining choices just around the hotel. Quiet area. Basic breakfast. Basic toiletries provided. Stayed for 8 nights and all was good! Recommended.
