::Every single staff member was so nice here! They greeted us at breakfast every morning and made casual conversation. They gave my son a balloon.

::Spent 3 nights at the Residence Inn but they served the same breakfast all three days. Thought it was supposed to go in a rotation. The front desk staff was friendly as well as the breakfast and evening mix staff. However the room was not as clean as I would like it to but; the sink had hair and one towel had a stain (lucky there were three towels). Also noticed housekeeping staff on their phone in the hallway. Overall it was okay, but definitely couldn't be better.

::Just spent 5 nights here during the Final Four. After over 600 nights in Marriotts around the country, I must say the staff here was extremely friendly, helpful and energetic. I saw the manager swiffering the floor in the breakfast area on Easter morning.!They were just really nice people. You could not walk through the lobby at any time of day without being greeted multiple times, even by name! The hotel is in a great location, the rooms were clean and comfortable. They were full and juggling being a media hotel on top of everything else. Great job!

::The hotel was nice over all, we had a few problems though. The staff at this hotel are very rude, I don’t know the ladies name but she has the worst attitude you can imagine. We asked for extra blanket and they brought a back something that could be used as a towel. We called back and asked for a BLANKET and the lady had a attitude saying, “well that’s not my problem you should have told them what you wanted”. With all of the disrespect the we encountered, I am extremely disappointed. We are paying customers that pay the bills to keep this hotel up and running and to feel so disrespected. It’s a shame. The second thing that happened was a lady kept being rude to a bunch of us and the front desk lady called saying. “We’re going to need you and all those kids to stop being loud, you all are being very immature and annoying”. I can’t believe she actually talked to her guest like that. Over all it was nice but they need to fire some staff. You guys definitely lost a customer.
