  I do not want my secret to get out but this new hotel was much better than we expected. Traveled down to Raleigh for a concert and decided to try the Residence Inn on Salisbury and so glad we did. This hotel accepts pets but charges a $100 nonrefundable pet fee. Worth it! We arrived at 4 o'clock for check in and greeted by a very friendly front desk receptionist who gave us suggestions for dinner and how to use the parking garage next door ( The parking garage next door has the 4th floor reserved for all guests staying at the Residence Inn. $12 a day for parking). The queen size beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Carry your room key with you ---- you'll need it to go in-and-out of the building and use the elevator. (Great security). The Free breakfast was much better than we anticipated....waffles, eggs, bacon, fresh fruit --- great spread--- Staff were eager to help --- very friendly and accommodating. Should we ever be in Raleigh again this will be our "go to" hotel. The secret is out so enjoy this hidden gem.

  Great rooms and very convenient to the locations I needed to visit. The complimentary breakfast is also a plus. Very good choices. Family and friends enjoyed there stay.

  The entire staff is wonderful. Whatever you need or want the last words you hear are " my pleasure". My stay has been great!

  Residence Inn is a clean new hotel. The rooms are fairly spacious with kitchen and working desk.. a large l shaped sofa makes it easy for an extra guest to stay along.. best part is free breakfast in the morning.. yummmm

  New hotel downtown. Nicely laid out. Staff very friendly. Room nicely laid. Breakfast setup and food options very good! Key card was problematic in elevators and with outside doors. Wish the sleeper sofa came with foot stools like in other Residence Inns. Layout is ultra modern; not a fan of the doorless shower. Parking is $12/day and very convenient. All in all, would come again.
