::Amazing view and friendly customer service. Not to mention a breakfast buffet to die for and the night life to live for. Recommend it wholeheartedly.

::It was a last minute hotel pick and a truly exceptional experience for my husband and I. We stayed in an amazing room with a beautiful view of downtown LA. The minute you walk into the hotel, it smells amazing! Staff is super friendly very attentive. Free breakfast in the morning was a plus!

::Great place to stay in LA. Especially if you are heading over to the Convention Center or the Staples center, all within walking distance! Staff is super cool and nice, Nathalie at the front desk is friendly and extremely helpful. We loved our stay here, we wish we would have brought our bathing suits for this trip, pool looked amazing! If you are not aware... Parking in LA is extremely difficult and not FREE. The hotel charges you $48 dollars for overnight parking here... Yes $48 per night and the rate begins at 3pm, but it made us feel a lot better that we didn't leave it in a ramdom outside parking lot overnight in the middle of LA with little to No Security. I will gladly pay to not get my car broken into or stolen. There are lots of walkable places from the hotel, we walked most of the time so it was nice not to keep getting charged to park our car multiple times over for different reasons. Although some places do validate parking in the parking structures, but please ask or call the establishment ahead of time to be sure! Hope you consider this place for your next trip out to LA, totally worth it!

::My room was in the far corner and it was dark with no city view.. hated it. Do not stay on the 4th floor... 402 is the worst room on the whole building
