::The staff is outstanding! Randy greeted us and was more than helpful. She made us feel very comfortable. Thank you again Randy . Your rooms are immaculate. Will definitely stay here again.

::Older hotel with moderate noise from the surrounding area, which was not the worst part. Apparently somehow I got a charge for $12 after checking out, I called and spoke to the clerk she said she would relay it to the GM. Nothing was fixed. I assume someone bought something from the store and gave the wrong room. Just silly because my balance was zero when I checked out. I wouldn’t stay here again as there are significantly better options in the area.

::Rooms are great, but that's the only good part. I wouldnt say worth $150 a night, but they are nice. Two stars due to: 1. Parking. Getting to the lot is a maze of other parking lots. And the parking is laid out so you're not really close to any of the doors. 2. The doors. There's really only one entrance to the entire place that isn't a 35° angle staircase that is just ridiculous and horrible planning for a staircase that is just ridiculous and horrible planning for a hotel. Couple that with their homeless person shopping cart style dollies and good luck getting in and out of there it's an absolute joke. 3. The staff. I was honestly shocked by how rude and inappropriate they were. 4. Make sure you take note of this but in October, they do their annual fire alarm day which took like half a day and from what I could tell the elevators were down- they didn't notify anybody of that. It would have also been nice to have been notified that upon booking because I would not have booked the reservation for here for many reasons but especially because we had to have the fire alarms go off for 30 minutes in the middle of a work day and be subjected to room inspections that day as well. No concessions or anything were offered for that.

::Great place to stay. Staff is very nice and accommodating, even when an issue arose with a leaking A/C unit made our 2 BR suite not available the first night. They gave us a 1BR and kept us informed as soon as our room was fixed we moved. Nice pool and patio area. The breakfast was okay with a variety of items to choose from. We also enjoyed cooking in the full kitchen. The pictures on their site are accurate and look just like the rooms. Clean and comfortable all the way. Great location close to metro train and across the highway from a mall. Will definitely stay here the next time I'm in the Denver area.
