::This hotel is awful. They have a serious roach infestation. We killed 10 roaches in the span of 5 mins. They were coming out of the night stand and crawling all over the beds. I called the front desk and the guy could have cared less, he said there was nothing he could do because maintenance was gone for the day. We ended up checking out at 1am in our pajamas because there were so many we were worried about them crawling on us while we slept.

::Great location, free breakfast and happy hour. Rooms were clean, modern and stocked with the necessary appliances. The bathroom didn't have ventilation, the smoke alarm was flashing brightly at night right above the bed.

::We arrived at 3:30 our Suite was not ready. We did eventually check in at 4:30. This was very upsetting as we had been waiting all day to check in. The room was 215.00 … I would say on the pricey side and there was nothing special about it. It is in the downtown area so of course there are homeless people walking around. Had I known what the area was like I wouldn’t have stayed here. They have two charges pending on my credit card and they charge you for incidentals before you even have one. No bueno for me. I have to say in the 30years we have used only Marriott this was the first time we were disappointed, and frustrated in the way they handled our reservation. Will not be patronizing this hotel again.

::Do NOT stay here if you like or need to nap during the day. Let me start by saying that the room was very nice and comfortable, but our whole trip was ruined because of scheduled fire alarm testing. The hotel was conducting scheduled fire alarm testing of each floor and did NOT notify the guests. I have a baby who needs to nap during the day. We came into the hotel and the alarms were going off (only downstairs), when we asked the front desk lady she said “we are testing the fire alarms, it should be over soon”. So we proceeded to our room. Got my baby down for a nap and alarms start going off in the hallway and our room. I walked out to find a couple men fanning the fire alarm. I told them I had a baby sleeping and asked them how long the testing would go on, was it scheduled, and how long will it go off in our room. He told me it would be at least another hour, it was scheduled/routine maintenance and testing, and alarms would be going off in every room. Needless to say, my baby woke up and as we were leaving the hotel, I stopped to complain to the front desk. I asked why they would have scheduled fire alarm testing and not even notify their guests. After paying $200/night, I would expect a basic courtesy notification. This hotel has absolutely no regard for guest comfort. We will never be staying here again as I doubt they will ever care enough to notify their guest of scheduled/routine maintenance to the fire alarms. Also they said they would credit some to the room due to the inconvenience and they did not.

::Good looking rooms and good location. Only 3 stars as housekeeping was bad. Wouldn’t clean the room despite asking. When they would, only would do a half job not emptying all trash or leaving dishes and cups dirty. Would ask me what I wanted cleaned when they came by. Need new housekeeping staff. Otherwise, good hotel.
