  Manager said it was hotel policy not to give rooms clean towels everyday. Had to search 3 floors before finding ice machine that worked.

  I would like to begin by sharing that staff are very nice and Ms. Dolores is so, so sweet. They tried everything to accommodate us and make us feel comfortable. However, experience with hotel *rooms* and I say ROOMS because my family and I had to move 4 times beginning with extremely loud noice from other guests staying long visits & dogs barking in the middle of the night, to uncontrollable smells coming from the kitchen sink, to finding BED BUGS. That was the last straw for me. I wish the hotel best of luck with their new remodeling, which they shared is coming soon.

  Not much to do other than travel to other cities. The breakfast was horrible. Many items were expired. Stayed multiple days and on each day had to ask for food to be replenished even at 730am. But staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. The shower was awesome!

  Spent the weekend with my lady at the Residence Inn and had good time. The Manger Giovanni made our stay here comfortable as if we were never left home. Thank you Giovanni. We'll be back soon.

  The room was dirty on arrival hair all over the bathroom counter and sink, shower and kitchens floor. Left over pieces of rice on the stove top, the table was dirty, and the fridge. The room had an odor. Per the hotel they were sold out of rooms, but there was nothing hygienic about the room. Disgusting and with a high price for a room.
