  Amazing place! Great accommodations. Awesome breakfast! Bron is the best...hooked us up with all the info that we needed. Hotel is close to everything...great American ballpark, rhinegeist brewery, and Jack casino included. Very friendly staff! Relaxing courtyard in the back! Rooms were perfect! Thank u for a great baseball trip residence inn!

  Very nice hotel with great service from the time I checked in until departure. The free breakfasts were excellent with a wide variety, fresh eggs and fruit. There was something for everyone. Excellent hotel.

  We were so thrilled with our stay at The Phelps. We had multiple rooms for family members who came to town for our wedding. The kitchenette was helpful for our guests with babies and small children (formula/snacks). The rooms were clean, well decorated and quite. We loved the rooftop bar. The hotel made our weekend very easy for a large group of guests.

  Excellent bed, extremely comfortable. Plenty of space. Has everything but an oven, but why would you need that here? Hot shower with plenty of space and good pressure. Room does not cool very well, but we were only uncomfortable at first because the heat was set very high. Regardless, would very much like to stay there again.

  Best Residence Inn ever. This location is modern and like no other RI I’ve ever visited. Rooms were up,to date, clean and very quiet. Will definitely be back soon. Great value.
