::Our stay atvthe Residence Inn was great. They rooms were comfortable and that staff was very friendly. We could see the capital.off in the distance too. It was very enjoyable and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

::The stay is nice, but as a part-time delivery person I hate coming here. I deliver to many apartment buildings and hotels. This particular hotel is staffed with multiple security guards and cameras. I deliver here all the time so it's not like they don't know my face. I've followed all their rules, and every time they find a way to make my delivery more difficult than it has to be. I'm a very respectful person, but I am not going to allow anyone to disrespect me nor torment me when I'm there to deliver food and leave. Stop arguing with me. period. It's unprofessional. And everything that needs to be said, can be said to me and not yelled. They don't allow us to deliver to the rooms. Most hotels or apartment buildings make me sign in or there's enough cameras that I can be identified if needby. I recently delivered a ton of food that would be difficult for one person to carry. I waited by the elevator like I always do and the staff initially spoke and everything seemed fine. 5 minutes later, the customer still hadn't come downstairs and one of the security guards made an entire scene and then told me I had to wait by the table close to the entrance. Not to mention I was delivering 5/6 pizzas, wings, and multiple sodas. The lady came down stairs with a small child and asked if I could help her carry some of the food. I told her to clear that with the concierge or security. There were at least four men standing around, one of them could have helped her carry her food. Instead they told her to use a baggage cart. They were rude af. And threatened the both of us. She ended up carrying her food upstairs on the baggage cart.

::Staff is all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast has good variety, but some of the elements were not as well prepared as I have had at other Residence Inn locations. Still totally edible, though. My King Studio room is clean and the noise from the room next door doesn't carry through too badly. I am supposed to move into a two-bedroom suite in a few days and may update then. It will be interesting to see how they handle the process of switching rooms. Also, I am going to use their airport shuttle service to go pick people up tonight, so I can report in on that. I came back to edit my review and make it 5 stars. I was able to move into my two-bedroom a day earlier than anticipated. They had been keeping an eye on availability and called me to let me know that I could move as soon as I wanted to. I thought I would have to keep bugging them, so this was a very nice surprise. My second room was just as clean and comfortable as the first one. I ended up using the around town shuttle as well as the airport one and both experiences were good. Everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. If I return to DC, this is where I'm staying.

::The rooms are spectacular, the view is even better. I'm planning to come back and stay here again. Housekeeping was prompt and cleaned the room wonderfully. The pool/spa is top notch and open all day. And, a literal 15 minute metro ride to the D.C. area and the national mall. Great hotel!
