  BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM !!!! THEY TOLD ME PAYMENTS WERE $40 bucks a week and yesterday i go in and they wanted to charge me $61 bucks. Told me i had to pay for protection even when i told the guy i dont need that. They only want to take your money !

  RENT A CENTER is a joke, they will take your money. Not deliver anything to you, just so they can take your money and just pray that you forget about it. I've been waiting months for my refund, and they still failed to give me my refund this is going about 8 to 9 months back and still nothing Best believe y'all will give me my money back, one way or the other!!! ... I will call & stop by every damn day if I have to because this company is crap Ps. My friend rented their couches and bed, which caused her to get bed bugs. So if your looking for a decent place just know RENT A CENTER just isn't for you sweetie.

  This store is no good I had brung a laptop back cause it wasn't working a.k.a I rented it used and when they repair it they gave it back to me without the charger when I ask where's the charger they got stupid with me telling me I never gave them one and I politely said yes I did and nomatter how I told them I did they refused to give me it this was like calling me a liar so I said I ain't leaving without it and plus I'm paying for it not to say the over priced items they have for stuff almost quadruple the retail price and they put me on band from the store as well as try get me arressted I had to forcibly rbring home a laptop with no charger

  Esta compañía es buena pero muy carera le gusta sacar dinero asta donde no poder así que les recomiendo gente que primero piensen antes de obtener un aparato porque yo pague un aparato que en las tiendas regulares vale $300 dólares y en esa tienda pague $1300 dólares si ven cuál es la diferencia de todo esto así q no sirve

  Bad, "this-is-how-we-do-business, damn-be-the-customer" attitude here. I would NEVER do business with this Stamford Rent-A-Center again. When it came time to have my appliance picked up, the manager was very sassy w/me and refused to budge on return hours: 12-2, 2-4, 4-6 only. When most people like me WORK! She refused to even slide a let me be home for pickup at, say, 6:15, and I live around the block from the damn store. She told me: " don't tell me how to run my business" when I politely suggested they might add one early evening/week for pickup/deliveries. Finally, we agreed on a Saturday pickup, and that it would be toward the end of their business day (5 PM for pickup/deliver). When I got hope by 4 pm and called, she said the guy already came/left 3 hrs earlier, and she called; she had, but left no message, saying, "I don't have to do that." We are agreeing not to do business again. Bottom line: the idea of "the customer comes first" is not accepted the management of this shlock shop. Sorry. Being honest.
