::Never ever, ever, ever, ever again. Lol. On your due date they'll blowup your phone and any reference you've provided upon applying for their merchandise. Mind you, not "passed due" but on your due date they will hunt you down like a hawk. Lol. That's just the bad part lol which you will not encounter if you make your payments on time.

::Never have I ever experienced such disrespect. Had a delivery set for a week for Wednesday 12-2. It was a bedroom set for my son - mind you, as we were expecting a delivery, I cleaned out the bedroom and removed the old furniture and mattress. I had called at 2Pm and asked where it was and they said within an hour - they said the truck was in NYC in traffic. 2 hours later, they still did not show up. They said they had to go from NYC to the store and then make deliveries - but was guaranteed it would be delivered today. It wasn't until 7PM that I called again and was told that they may have to reschedule - the delivery men "were up and down" and then I spoke with Mike. As soon as I got on the phone with him (after being on hold for 20 minutes with another employee) he answered saying, " Um, yes? What do you want?". He then disrespected me the entire phone call and told me he (as "assistant manager") couldn't reschedule me. He then told me that I no right to be upset because I "barely put any money down" - mind you, I put down the required payment. I then informed him that I had taken off the entire day for work (as the delivery was mid-day) and he told me, "that was too bad and your problem, not ours". He continued to disrespect me the entire phone call and proceeded to reschedule me for tomorrow. Never have I ever experienced such unprofessional, disprespctful, amateur customer service.

::I've used this location for 3 rentals in the last 2 years and found them to be great. The store is well maintained, the rental process was easy, they delivered when they said they would, set everything up and picked it us at a mutually convenient time. I've rented refrigerators, and other major appliances with no difficulty. highly recommend.
