  I'm very impressed with rent a center their workers are friendly and they have great customer service never had a problem !

  MY VISIT AT THIS STORE WAS A FIVE STAR, MANAGER WELCOME ME ONCE I WALKED IN. THE STAFF RECOGNIZED ME AS WELL & HELPED ME. MANAGER GAVE ME GREAT DEALS ON WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR & DID A AWESOME JOB ON SETTING UP MY FURNITURES WHEN THEY DELIVERED IT. THUMBS UP FOR THIS STORE!!!

  I went to the store on Friday. Everything was fine. Expected a delivery of furniture on Tuesday. Sat at home, missed a job orientation wqiting, called twice and told me they were running late, then they're in route, then the manager decide I don't qualify. No communication at all. Worst store in the state of Nevada. Do not recommend at all. Worst employees ever. I will be contacting corporate and BBB.

  This store sucks. I call into the store and I can't get a straight answer. I was assured my delivery would be today and still no delivery. Rude employees and terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs. They can't even deliver what they say they will. I paid for an Xbox bundle which was supposed to have two games and accessories and I barely got the Xbox. Nothing was new. It is all refurbished. When I asked about the two games I was told only one. When they delivered I didn't even get the one. What a despicable store!!!!
