  This location gets one star for me and my family due to the new management I don't know her name but I do know her attitude she repeatedly called my mother within an hour basis for different times to make her come down to pay a $30 payment if the made she threatens she would come to my mother's house and attempt to take the furniture I think that is real unprofessional and the $30 would have been her last payment ridiculous.

  Overall the merchandise on the floor is very nice! Delivery is not bad as well, depending on who delivers it. When we had our merchandise delivered, 1 gentlemen knew what he was doing and did a very nice job, but when it came to the second gentlemen, he lacked knowledge on all counts! The staff especially the main "Regional manager" is sorry to say but lacks good customer service! She is RUDE, ARROGANT & like people say VERY VERY GHETTO like for working in a store and interacting with people on a daily basis. She yells and raises her voice very very badly when you do something that she does not like. Everything in her world is right if she says it is and that's that!! Very very poor customer service on her part which makes you not want to rent from them.
