  I was a first time dress shopper. Walked in one day on a whim. Donna was very welcoming, not pushy. I looked around and the first dress I picked out was the one! They made it an easy process for me and gave me some discount on the accessories. They are pricey but it was worth every penny. Also the women who helped take my dress in was wonderful

  Emailing them is great, you get the information you need. Setting up appointments, they are ok. They don't really have great times available. I called I guess on their off day? I listened to their recording twice and Monday wasn't mentioned... I had to call and cancel the appointment because I found my dress, the woman wasn't pleasant at all. I don't know how they are in store but on the phone it wasn't great.

  I recently purchased a dress with Donna and although it was a beautiful dress, after much worry and sleepless nights I realized it was not the dress for me. It was not MY DRESS. I was so concerned that I would have this dress that I would be miserable walking down the isle , a dress I would look at in my pictures and be unhappy. I called Donna to discuss my worries, and she was unsure of what she would be able to do as the dress was already ordered. But , some how some way, she was able to get me the dress I knew was the one. She worked her magic and made it happen. I can not thank Donna and the staff at Renate's enough, can never put into words how grateful I am. I can feel at ease and ecstatic walking down the isle in the dress of my dreams!

  We picked out my sisters wedding dress here and also the dresses for the bridesmaids and they were absolutely stunning. Staff is so friendly as well, and the owner Dona is so helpful. great experience !! highly recommended !! :)
