::Stayed here for our anniversary and for previous Thunder games. Really didn't stay around the hotel much for the Thunder games, before anniversary it was just terrible. I asked for a sweet and we got a room with a chaise lounge that I paid over $200 for on Club level, no perks whatsoever. Got massages they were awesome. But we had to shower off in the locker room because even though when I booked the room they said we could have late check-out, when we arrived they allowed us to check out at noon, when are massages where at 11:30. Which would give us no time to shower. Don't think we'll stay again but will definitely come back for massages!

::The hotel is a little tired and a little dirty (vents haven't been cleaned in a while, and the tub in my room had weird stains). The big issue is that the front desk is completely broken. Guests wait for hours for rooms, the desk staff blatantly lies about room situations, and they treat guests as if they are idiots and an inconvenience. There are many awesome things about OKC, but this hotel is not one of those things.

::Great location next to the convention center, Bricktown and Sight-seeing within walking distance, didn't need a car! No shuttle from airport. Breakfast club room was nice. Rooms were clean, beds extremely uncomfortable, had springs sticking through the mattress, the staff could do nothing about during our stay. No one had changed the pullout-dirty sheets. No extra blankets or pillows. All outside noise filtered in to the rooms, in the hotel and outside the windows.

::Breakfast in the concierge lounge is great. Nice small bar area that serves food from the in-house restaurant. Nice coffee and gift shop. Staff are very very friendly. The valet is expensive, otherwise parking is free in the vicinity of the hotel from 8pm to 8am only. The shampoo is menthol scent, yuck. Room does not have a small fridge or microwave, so long stays are a hassle. Gym is well equipped, includes tread mills and elipticals.

::Nice place. Staff were extremely friendly. Had to stay there due to an ice storm, so was not planned. Was upgraded to the king suite which was nice. The room was a little dated. Ordered a ribeye from room service and it was very good. The potatoes were not as garlicky as I would have liked, since they were advertised to be garlic. Didn't have much chance to do.much downtown, as it was very bad weather.
