::Very disappointed. The rooms were clean but service was terrible. The desk is where all the problems were. Charged twice. Then when we went down to fix it we were told we had to wait 3 to 5 business days.. for their mistake. When on vacation it's difficult to be out such a large sum of money.. spoke with 2 people who were managers and was made to feel like we lied and we're not very apologetic. Definitely would not stay again.

::Wonderful room love the design and decor. Housekeeping is very slow. Working with Marriott I didn't pay the full rate so I was treated as if I didn't deserve full hospitality.

::Attended a gala and dinner. Hotel is very nice. In the middle of a renovation. Food was pretty good for a large event. Staff was absolutely horrible! Bartender could not change paper in cash register so he ignored everyone. Acted as if we were not there. Wait staff removed plates before people were done eating. Asked for water and coffee that was never received. Also they were removing items from tables before event ended. Very poor attitudes! I would never hold an event there!!!

::Atmosphere and location were superb. Same said for customer service and staff dealing with minor issues. Clean and comfortable rooms. There is also a Starbucks in the lobby that is super convenient. Only negative of the stay was noise level of construction and Broadway next door (a point they make you aware of) and the sheets oddly don't fit the beds well

::Stopped in after a Predators game to wait out the traffic and surge pricing, pleasantly surprised. Last time I was in here, it felt like that old mall where the downtown library is located. But now, no more. Good crowd, energetic atmosphere, and lots of hockey fans. Had a couple of beers and mixed drinks, then took a look at the menu. Really surprised to see chips and dip on the menu for only $1. Loved the hummus made from black eyes peas. Delicious! Going to try to make some at home. The main reason I didn't award 5 stars is each of the 2 beers that were ordered was the last one in stock. Would've been nice to have 2 of my choice and not have to order something else twice. But not a deal breaker, I'll live.
