  My favorite hotel at Cleveland . Very nice view from room. Hotel is big and big rooms. I always get an upgrade which is very interesting. Staff is always great and professional. Very good bar tenders as well. In the heart of downtown what more do you want.

  2nd time stayed at this property. Staff is friendly and personable. Made me feel like I was their only customer. Room was nice and clean. They don't build hotels like this anymore, walls are thick and solid making the room quiet.

  Old Hotel, which feels like you're in The Shining. Good and bad at the same time, definitely interesting rustic look, but if you like modern bathroom and USB plugs, find something else. For instance, no heating system, they told you to open the window and hope it's warmer outside! Noisy as well, you can hear the hall pretty easily.

  The valet and the hotel have zero communication with each other so make sure they have your car in the garage if you're stay at the hotel! They almost left mine in an empty lot across the street if I wouldn't have noticed.. then tried to charge me 25 extra dollars after the 30 I already paid to move it into the garage because I wasn't given a receipt for the first payment..

  Horrible experience. I checked out and didn't stay. I drove to Columbus, Ohio and stayed at Hotel LeVeque which was 5 star!! Room was so outdated and I could smell the room service food of adjacent room in my room. The heat didn't work and it wasn't clean enough for me to even get into bed. It freaked me out, do I left after being there for about 30 minutes. They didn't refund my one nights room cost which was a rip off. Funny thing was the Ritz Carlton recommended this place and booked the room for me so I thought it would have been nicer. Do not stay here!
