  My husband and I are gold members. This hotel does not have the lounge open on the weekends and today (Sunday before Memorial Day) we go to the Lounge only to be told they got an email saying it would be closed for the holiday weekend. So apparently they decided at the last minute to close it and the staff didn’t even know until they got an email today- this experience pretty much sums up the stay- disorganized and garbage and cups in the hall. Skip this one, there are too many good hotels out there who value their high stay customers- never had an issue with this at a Hilton.

  Both stayed here + held a seminar in conference room. Top notch! Had a King sized room; I love this hotel. The bed was super comfortable, quiet and was very clean and well kept. The gym is fully stocked and is an added bonus for those who want to both hit the weights and do some cardio indoors. I also hosted a seminar in one of their rooms (pic attached) and this particular room had a fantastic ceiling to floor windows and brought in amazing natural light. Very close to surrounding restaurants, the pier and other night life activities.

  I know it took me some days to write this but it’s better to do it late instead of not doing it at all. My husband birthday was 4/21 so I book a club level room with a beautiful view. Long story short from the moment I get to the valet parking to the moment I leave the hotel I had nothing but amazing staff at my husband and I service. We went out for the evening coming back around 2:30 in the morning The front desk supervisor was amazingly professional he welcomed us back so well I still remember the name until now. I’d like to say Jacques Nicolas you rock, may god continue to bless you and your career.

  We came for a convention and they were very accommodating for our large group. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant options are decent. I appreciate the pool and fitness center availability as well.

  Very nice, modern, clean, easy to find, great location in seaport district, convenient to attractions, restaurants and Boston harbor cruises. Service staff were very helpful and informative. Rooms have generous space, couch, chair, coffee table, desk, fridge, safe and coffee supplies for those who drink. Could have been five stars if the pillows could support anything without going flat. My pillow would be great here, I used couch pillows under bed pillow to try and get some support. The walls must be thin, we could hear their every word next door. Sure they could here us, oh well. Great place and we would go back again.
