  The customer service was excellent, to the extent that we decided to write this review. We opted for having the reception and ceremony at the Renaissance at the Gables on New Year’s Eve. The lighting was romantic; the cylinder orchid flower arrangements were amazing; the decorations were beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The bathrooms were impeccably clean. The reception and ceremony were separated by these beautiful, white, tasteful curtains. The food was exactly what we wanted. We decided on the London Broil for the meal. I am a very busy person and Tony (from the Renaissance) really helped in creating a wonderful, stress-free experience. It is great instead of individually dealing with vendors; the venue takes care of coordinating it. It allowed me to actually enjoy my wedding and created very epic memories. Tony helped us every step of the way and went beyond our expectations. Thank you Tony and Renaissance at the Gables!

  What a nice experience we had, we celebrated my daughter’s 15th at this location, what an amazing job they did decorating the place, my daughter was crying of emotion, great service, food was delicious, DJ was so friendly and enthusiastic, music was awesome, i definitely recommend this place for any party, thank you Tony, what a nice night we had!!!!!!!

  Best place for weddings or any special event. The staff is outstanding, from the office to the waiters they all make it perfect. Highly recommended!

  It was so hard to decided where I was going to make my daughters fifteens special! I looked and looked and when I met Tony and staff I fell in love!!! They were amazing and treated me like family!!! I knew right there and than this will be the prefect place!!! The moment I walked in everyone was very helpful and friendly got right to the point and everything I asked for they had! I'm truly blessed that they made my daughters night unforgettable!!!!! The day came and I was a nerves wreck but Tony knew how to keep me calm and relax and telling me everything will be prefect , yes indeed everything was amazing!!! Couldn't ask for a better place!!! I will recommend anyone that's looking for a place that will treat you like Family. Love you guys.
