::Stayed here for a few days while visiting Washington. The door man is fantastic. The room...not so much. Although they provided a lot of nice things like dishwashing detergent, and laundry detergent they only provided 1 roll of toilet paper, for a 3 day stay. They requested we dispose of garbage in the garbage shoot but the door to the trash room was locked. The tub dripped constantly, the carpet was stained. ...it wasn't bad but it wasn't great. It was "ok".

::Terrible. Will update after vacating. Do yourself a favor and go with another company (not Oakwood)--especially if you are in the city for work and can't wait on inept property management all day.

::Worst experience of my adult life, Barbara is one of the most rude, sharp, condescending people I have ever met. Charged me over $4000 for minimal damage from my dog who had just moved internationally and was having panic attacks. What could have been easily repaired for a few hundred dollars drained my savings to refurbish the room I immediately vacated. Rosemary was sympathetic but did nothing. DO NOT GO THERE. This is the second time I've posted this review. They had several poor reviews, they erased them all somehow.
